THE LEGAL STUFF

New investors are strongly encouraged to diligently review all pertinent legal documents with either a licensed attorney, CPA, and/or their financial advisor. Important documents are delivered to investors via DocuSign.

STEP 3

COMMITMENT

This is the time to sign the investment documents and the time to wire the committed funds. Blackacre will provide confirmation once the funds are settled, and will set you up with an online investor portal.

STEP 4

TRUST

Blackacre prides itself on providing regular periodic updates to all investors. You can expect to receive performance updates quarterly. Our online investor portal also provides real-time insight on your investment(s).

SCHEDULED CASH FLOW

MONTHLY/QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTIONS

While the performance of any real estate investment can vary over the course of ownership, Blackacre strives to provide reliably-scheduled cash flow payouts. We also monitor our investment payouts to ensure investors are not having to contribute further capital contributions.

FINAL DISPOSITION

CASH-OUT REFINANCE OR SALE

Blackacre’s primary goal is to stabilize properties and obtain a cash-out refinance loan that is equal-to (or greater-than) the total investment. While post-refinance ownership is our goal, it sometimes makes sense to sell. If we elect to sell a property, our target ROI is 2x ~ 3x.
