The work speaks. The addresses don’t.

A selection of spaces delivered across the Blackacre portfolio. Properties intentionally unidentified.

Living

Residences delivered within the portfolio: the rooms people come home to. Units, kitchens, and penthouses are drawn from buildings that had outlived their original use. Original structure stays where it earns its place, and everything around it is new.

Working

Modern work space inside repositioned assets: offices, conference rooms, and suites built for the way firms work now. Floors are planned around natural light and shared amenities, so a lease includes more than square footage.

Community

Amenity space that makes a building a place: lounges, fitness rooms, rooftops, and lobbies shared by everyone who lives and works there. We plan these rooms at the start of every conversion, not at the end. They are where residents and tenants become neighbors.

Celebration

Venue and event space: rooms made for gathering, from private dinners to full-floor events. Each began as space that had gone unused and was restored to host people again. Floors that once sat dark now fill for weddings, galas, and celebrations of every size.

Revitalization

The transformation: obsolete and failing buildings brought back to finished, living space. These are the middle chapters, from open structure and new systems to the first finished rooms. We keep what the building did well and replace what no longer works.
